Daylight gets PC and PlayStation 4 release window

Daylight is coming to PC and PlayStation 4 in just a few months, scratching that procedurally-generated horror itch you didn't even know you had.

The release window comes via an IGN preview, which gives an April launch for both platforms.

Daylight is an Unreal Engine 4 title from Zombie Studios, the developer of Blacklight: Retribution (also available on PS4) and the Saw games, as well numerous Spec Ops titles.

Players explore an abandoned sanitarium, armed not with semi-automatic weapons but with a single mobile phone, which is used as a map and a light source - and occasionally behaves oddly.

Levels are procedurally-generated, which means you'll never know what's around the next corner.

Thanks, Gematsu.
