Dark Souls: Remastered delayed to summer on Switch

Dark Souls: Remastered will miss its May release on Switch.

The release date for the Nintendo Switch version of Dark Souls: Remastered has been pushed back to this summer.

Bandai Namco announced the news this morning. A reason for the delay was tweeted by Bandai Namco. It's below.

Additionally, the Solaire of Astora amiibo has also been postponed with the same timeframe.

The network test will still be held for the Switch version, but closer to the game's release.

Bandai Namco announced Dark Souls Remastered for Nintendo Switch in January, and it's in development at the studio who brought the remastered version of LA Noire to Switch last year.

As noted in the tweet, the PC, PS4, and Xbox One versions are still on track for a May 25 release.

Reportedly, QLOC , which previously worked on Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen, Resident Evil 6, and others is handling these versions of the remastered game.
