As previously reported, those who pre-order digital standard or digital deluxe edition of Dark Souls 3 through the Xbox Store will receive the original Dark Souls free.

Namco said today the download key for the Xbox 360 backwards compatible title will be sent within 7-10 days when ordered through the Xbox Store.

Day one physical disc purchases of Dark Souls 3 for Xbox One will include a copy of the original Dark Soul via a digital token included with the game at participating retailers.

And as a reminder for those who do not plan on buying for Xbox One, as previously reported, pre-ordering the game on PC and PlayStation 4 will net customers a few bonuses.

PC players who pre-purchase will get a $5 discount if they own the the original Dark Souls, Dark Souls 2, or Scholar of the First Sin along with the digital soundtrack.

Pre-order through the PlayStation Store and the digital soundtrack will be handed out. If you live in the US, the soundtrack and the Fire Fades dynamic theme are the bonuses. The dynamic theme only comes when pre-ordering the deluxe edition deluxe edition in Europe.
