Cyberpunk 2077, Ghost of Tsushima coming in 2020 - report

It's already looking like 2020 will be chuck full of big games, according to new reports.

Kotaku's Jason Schreier, who recently suggested The Last of Us: Part 2 has been internally delayed to 2020, has provided a bit of an update on the release targets for two other hotly anticipated games.

Namely: Cyberpunk 2077, and Ghost of Tsushima. According to Schreier, CD Projekt RED had been shooting for a 2019 release date for Cyberpunk 2077, but many at the studio reportedly don't believe that to be a realistic target.

2020 would make more sense, and Schreier agrees. In a tweet discussing Cyberpunk 2077's release window, the journalist was asked whether they believe 2020 is also the target for other anticipated games like Ghost of Tsushima, and the rumoured FromSoftware Geroge R.R. Martin collaboration project.

"Based on what I've heard, yes to all of those. 2020 gonna be wild," he said.

Many were hoping to get an update on Ghost of Tsushima at E3 this year. But, since Sony decided to skip this year's show, this likely won't happen. Hopefully, we're going to hear more about the game at some point this year.

As for Cyberpunk 2077, the game will likely show up at Microsoft's presser. For all conference times, check out the full E3 schedule.
