Conker's Bad Fur Day fan fundraiser hopes to release uncut version

Conker's Bad Fur Day, one of favorite games off all time, is getting new life of sorts thanks to a fan-driven fundraiser which wishes to release the uncut beta version of the game.

The version will be released as a downloadable ROM image, and will contain the uncut adventures the intrepid squirrel partook in - meaning it will not contain the cuts made by Nintendo for N64 nor the extra cuts Microsoft made which pretty much ruined the humor of the game - in my opinion.

Debug footage shown over on Past to Present Online shows one scene Nintendo has Rare censor: it shows Tediz performing surgery on a live squirrel soldier.

According to the fan-fundraiser creator, Borman, the game will be released in an ETCS demo build, and a second debug version, and should the funding goal of $2,500 be met - he will release PAL and NTSC beta versions of Perfect Dark, Rare's other gem from the same era.
