Conan Chop Chop gets chopped into 2021

Conan Chop Chop is definitely still a thing, even if it gets delayed twice every year.

You'd be forgiven for forgetting all about Conan Chop Chop, the game that everyone thought was an April Fools' Day joke, before Funcom revealed it's actually a real, full game.

Conan Chop Chop was initially set for release in 2019, before it got pushed back to the first quarter of this year, then to Q2, then again to later this year. Now, the game has been pushed back to Q1 next year.

In a press release, Funcom acknowledged all of these delays, and promised that this one will be its last. The good news is that the game has been expanded as a result of all those delays with more enemies and traps. At the very least, the Conan Chop Chop we're getting next year will be a much bigger game than the one announced last year.

Conan Chop Chop is a top-down hack ‘n’ slash rogue-lite with cutesy art style, coming to PC, PS4, Xbox One and Switch. It supports online and local co-op.
