Club Nintendo members can purchase downloadable games with Coins

According the US Club Nintendo website, members will soon be able to buy Virtual Console and 3D Classics titles with Coins earned from purchases.

The news popped up on the official Club Nintendo site earlier this week, but was taken down thereafter. However, a NeoGAF user took a screenshot of it which showed the prices.

It shows Super Mario Kart on Virtual Console for 100 Coins, a 3D Classic version of Xevious also for 100 Coins, and there's a Zelda 25th Anniversary poster set for 400 Coins.

When logging into Club Nintendo, in the news section of the site we noticed this message: "New rewards and games available for Coins coming soon. Please stay tuned!"

You can look at the shot of the site through the link.

Thanks, CVG.
