Halo 5: Guardians introduces a spectator mode, and beta participants will have the chance to take a look at it.

According to an IGN interview with 343's Josh Holmes, the spectator mode will be included in the upcoming beta.

"You can go in and live-spectate on any of your friends’ matches in the Beta, [and] you can flip between first person and third person," he said.

"So if you want to cast, you can go do that in a Twitch stream.”

Casters have the ability to rewind and fast forward matches, allowing you to replay specific moments.

"We’re looking at deepening those controls for launch, but we want to get that there for Beta so we can put it in the hands of players," Holems added.

343 will highlight top players on the Halo Channel app, bringing exposure to streamers.
