Dr. Moreau has been revealed for Champions Online the newest Villain Profile diary.
Apparently, Philippe is the grandson of Dr. Henri Moreau who, like his mad scientist forefather, loves his Manimals and wants to create an army of these poor creatures to do his bidding. Mwha ha ha ha.
