CD Projekt RED: "We're thinking about something" involving multiplayer for The Witcher 3

Eurogamer has a massive interview feature talking with CD Projekt RED's Adam Badowski about, what else, The Witcher 3. And, of course, writer Robert Purchese had to ask about the possibility of multiplayer in that game. Surprisingly, the idea was not dismissed out of hand.


"We're thinking about something," Badowski told them, "but I cannot explain it now. You can expect some information later on. Sorry for that!"

The Witcher 3 is still a long way's out -- it's a PS4 title, after all -- and so we should expect them to hold some stuff close to the vest for a while. But, yes, there may be some sort of multiplayer aspect in The Witcher 3, and that is most intriguing.
