CCP to split EVE Online's Incursion expansion into three parts

eve

CCP has announced plans to split its free EVE Online expansion, Incursion into three parts and release each part by the end of January.

The first two parts will be released this year, one being a mini-expansion which is slated for November 30. The second one will be launched sometime before Christmas hits. The final part will land sometime in January.

CCP stated on the game's official site the splitting of the expansion will allow it to " benefit greatly from an additional level of polish" thanks to the "great feedback" it received "from the Singularity public test server".

You can get all the details on what will be included in each part through here.

Incursion was originally slated for release, in full, in November.

A retail edition of EVE Online called the Commissioned Officer Edition was released on October 19.
