Capcom, Namco and Sega mystery project characters teased

If you can identify characters from some vague colour palettes, you may unravel the mystery of what three publishers are getting up to together.

The teaser site for a 3DS project unveiled during the last Nintendo Direct now shows petri dishes containing the logos for Capcom, Namco and Sega.

Clicking on any dish shows you a number of X "chromosomes" marked in bands of colour; what this means is anyone's guess but we're guessing it has something to do with characters seen in the game.

The three publishers are collaborating on a 3DS title, with a Namco team handling development.
