Call of Duty: Warzone's latest problem is an outfit that makes you invisible

Call of Duty: Warzone continues to struggle with bugs and glitches.

The latest glitch in Call of Duty: Warzone is not an abusable glitch or a meta-ruling overpowered weapon, it's actually a skin bought off the in-game store.

Recently, a number of players ran into an issue where their attacker appears invisible. They can shoot just fine, but look to be blinking in and out of existence. After some investigation, it became clear that it's not a glitch, but a bug related to a particular skin.

YouTuber Scop3s uncovered that the Forest Spirit outfit for Grinch, which has the operator mostly covered in a ghillie suit, makes them disappear when viewed from distance. In their video below, Scop3s demonstrated that someone wearing the outfit could disappear almost completely at a distance of 34 meters.

This can be increased even further to 55 meters when using a red dot sight, and 125 meters using a 4x optic. These measurements were taken on PS4 and may be different on PCs with different draw distance settings.

Forest Spirit can only be obtained through the Warzone store as part of the 1,800 CP (~$18) Eloko bundle. The in-game store, however, is randomised for everyone, so there's no guaranteed way to see - and therefore buy - Eloko among all the other available bundles.

Interestingly, the bundle is not actually new, and has been in the game since August last year. It's not clear, however, whether it's always been there or a new occurrence. Indeed, having grass cover the operator could be why it disappears the further away they get, similar to grass in other areas of the game.
