Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 includes a mode called Free Run

As part of today's Call of Duty 3: Black Ops 3 livestream Treyarch revealed there will new movement options in the shooter.

According to the video of the livestream posted above, this is a new mode called Free Run, which tasks the player will besting four obstacle courses which will become harder as the player progresses.

Using various moves such as jumping, parkour, and sliding, players will have to figure out which move works best when trying to beat the course in the allotted time.

Each successful completion will be posted on leaderboards along with the time completed.

During the stream, the studio also touched upon matchmaking, stating the system will always take network functionality into consideration before skill. This will ensure team balance once a lobby is created.

Treyarch also discussed the loyalty program which we told you about earlier.

The developer is hosting livestreams full of Black Ops 3 information every Friday until October 30.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is out on November 6.
