Bungie's Destiny contract detailed; Marathon reboot in the works

Couldn't be bothered slogging through all 27 pages of the 2010 contract between Bungie and Activision? Develop has done all the work for you. In addition to previously reported details of platform, schedule and bonuses, the contract reveals Bungie staff are free to work on a Marathon-related project; can move onto non-Activision projects after earning $750 million; that Valve, Epic and Gearbox are banned from developing ports of Activision-published titles; and that the first game has a total budget of $140 million.
