Bungie in talks with NASA, aerospace firm a "constant source of inspiration"

Destiny developer Bungie has revealed it has been meeting with members of NASA, and that the agency is a "constant source of inspiration". It's still unclear what the extent of their relationship, or the meetings are.

As part of Bungie's latest 'Mail Sack' post, a fan asked the team to reflect on why it continually posts about recent NASA news, and what it is they talk about.

The team replied, "We don’t speak to NASA, they speak to us. We’re pretty star struck, and they continue to be a constant source of inspiration for us".

Gamespot has added that back in January, Dr. Craig Hardgrove of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory visited the studio, and that following his visit he had this to say on Twitter:

The link takes you to this image of a sunset on Mars. It's a stab in the dark, but Bungie did recently update the Destiny site with details of the game's world, and teased information on Mars soon.
