Borderlands 3 shows off metropolitan planet Promethea
One of Borderlands 3's biggest features is that it expands the game's world to more than just Pandora.
In the original Borderlands 3 reveal trailer we got a glimpse of many of the new worlds we'll be able to visit over the course of the game, and one of which stood out with its towering, glass-faceted skyscrapers.
That planet is called Promethea, and it's home to the Atlas corporation. Rival corporation Maliwan has placed the planet under siege, which turned parts of its beautiful urban environments into ruins. Gearbox dropped a new trailer for Promethea to show off some of its big locations, and outline the backstory to the main players.

Borderlands 3 is out September 13 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
