Borderlands 3 PC specs and full graphics settings revealed

Borderlands 3 looks to have modes PC requirements, and an extensive list of tweakable settings.

Nearly two weeks away from release, Gearbox has published the official Borderlands 3 PC specifications. Not only that, the developer also revealed the full list of graphics settings PC players can tweak come launch.

Borderlands 3's specs are split into two groups. The minimum targets 1080p resolution, whereas the recommended is intended for 1440p. Although we don't have any 4K targets in a third set, it's relatively easy to extrapolate based on what we have, though that could obviously be completely off if the game is much more demanding at 4K.

Gearbox also didn't say what's the framerate target for these specs, which is more important than resolution in most cases. It's likely 60fps, though, just looking at the components listed.

Outside of that, the game's graphics settings are extensive, offering a deeper layer of performance customisation. Of note, you'll be able to change your FOV, limit framerate (including arbitrary numbers), toggle motion blur separately for camera/object, and even down/upsample.
