Borderlands 3 Legendary items will be easier to acquire during Farming Frenzy mini-event

Legendary Items in Borderlands 3 will be easier to nab during a limited-time mini-event.

The Farming Frenzy mini-event for Borderlands 3 will kick off tomorrow, January 16, and run through January 30.

During this time, rare enemies are guaranteed to appear and their specific Legendary gear will drop at a higher than normal rate upon defeat.

Here are the specifics of this limited-time mini-event:

• Rare spawns are guaranteed to appear
• All enemies with dedicated loot pools (e.g. rare spawns, named bosses, etc.) have a higher chance of dropping Legendary gear from their dedicated loot pool
• The Anointment rate for that gear has been increased

Additionally, Takedown at the Maliwan Blacksite will be more manageable, as the difficulty will now scale to match the size of the player party rather than defaulting to four-player. This will make things much easier for smaller squads and solo players.
