Borderlands 3 goes on sale for $20 on console
Gearbox’s bombastic loot-shooter Borderlands 3 is now just $20 on PS4 and Xbox from Amazon US.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen Borderlands 3 steadily continue to trickle down in price on console – from $30 to $25 and now this all-new low. If you’ve been tempted by its silly mix of out-there gunplay and bonkers weaponry but have been holding off for a more tempting price then now is likely the time to bite.
It’s not entirely clear how long this offer will be around for so I wouldn’t hold out for too long just in case. It’s hard to imagine the price falling much further in the near future, either.
Pick it up now and you’ll also be in time to play the Guns, Love, and Tentacles DLC that’s coming to Borderlands 3 on 26th March. This add-on is – as you probably guessed – influenced by the weird cosmic horrors and eldritch monstrosities of H.P. Lovecraft.
Elsewhere, Borderlands 3 has just made the jump to Steam after a period of exclusivity on the Epic Games Store. Following the launch last Friday, the game saw a peak concurrent player count of 93,597 and a nabbed a spot in the store’s top ten charts. I’m sure a 50 per cent discount definitely helped with that.
