Borderlands 2 update 1.40 adds Ultimate Vault Hunter difficulty, more

Borderlands 2 has been updated, and with it, comes: the new difficulty mode Ultimate Vault Hunter; new items for the Black Market; new upgrades to backpack storage; upgraded bank capacity; the usual bug fixes, plus some game and mission fixes.
