The final Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 DLC, Apocalypse, will be released for PC and PlayStation 3 on September 26, Activision has announced. The pack includes the maps Pod, Frost, Takeoff, Dig, and the Origins zombie experience. Apocalypse will run you $14.99 if you are not a Season Pass holder.
