BioShock: Infinite AI and combat leads exit for Microsoft

Irrational Games has farewelled two senior development staff from the BioShock: Infinite team.

As spotted by Superannuation, former Irrational Games staffers Don Norbury and Clint Bundrick have both left Irrational Games to take up new positions at Microsoft.

The pair reportedly served as BioShock: Infinite's AI and combat lead designers.

There has been plenty of movement at Irrational Games recently. BioShock: Infinite art director Nate Wells went overboard for Naughty Dog; product development lead Tom Gerriston packed his things and walked; and producer Joseph Faulstick also joined Microsoft in May this year.

More cheerfully, Gears of War executive producer Rod Fergusson exited Epic to join the Boston team.

BioShock: Infinite is expected on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on February 26, 2013. The project has been relatively quiet since its delay out of 2012, but a new trailer is expected this week.

Thanks, Joystiq.
