We may be close to the reveal of a new Beyond Good and Evil game.
Michel Ancel, creator of Beyond Good and Evil, has shared a very interesting teaser on his Instagram account earlier today.
This is just a concept art image, with the caption, "somewhere in system 4..." What's more intriguing is the next line, which reads, "Thanks to Ubisoft for making this possible!" Ancel doesn't usually share Beyond Good and Evil-related posts, so this is very interesting.

If we're speculating, the shot could be showing a younger Uncle Pey'j, who was sidekick to protagonist Jade in the original game. This could mean the new game is actually a prequel - assuming there is in fact a new game.
That's not all, the Ubisoft France Twitter account started directing fans to the same image. The company's tweets translates to, "Michel Ancel has an Instagram account and you are advised to follow closely." Ubisoft doesn't usually promote other people's work, unless it's involved somehow.
The old rumour that Nintendo is funding Beyond Good and Evil 2 for release on the NX suddenly makes a lot more sense, especially when you consider how close we are to an official NX reveal.
As far as we know, Ubisoft recently said that Beyond Good and Evil 2 is still in the works. Of course, this has more or less been the official message for a long while, but to see these two posts today, makes it sound like we're getting close to a reveal or announcement of some kind.
It's about to (maybe) finally happen.
