Beneath a Steel Sky creators working together again

Celebrated comics creator Dave Gibbons and Revolution Software are set to team up once more.

Gibbons, who worked with Revolution on the much-praised Beneath a Steel Sky, told Eurogamer that he'll be working with former creative partner Charles Cecil once both wrap their current projects.

The studio isn't ready to share details yet but Gibbons said the new game won't revisit familiar locations although it will look and feel like a Cecil and Gibbons game.

As well as co-creating Watchmen, Gibbons was also involved with another of Revolution's franchises, Broken Sword.

Beneath a Steel Sky, Gibbons's most celebrated game, released in 1994 and was praised for its cyberpunk aesthetic, which looks good if pixelated even today - check it out for yourself, it's free through GOG.com.
