Bayonetta 2 director Yusuke Hashimoto has announced his departure from PlatinumGames.
Yusuke Hashimoto announced today via Twitter his last day at the studio was on January 31.
Hashimoto joined PlatinumGames in 2007 when the studio was founded, and produced the original Bayonetta producer and directed its sequel.

Before joining Platinum, Hashimoto worked previously at Capcom on Devil May Cry, and Resident Evil titles. He hasn't announced his future plans as of press time.
