All maps and modes for Battlefield Hardline detailed

A third map and mode has been announced for Battlefield Hardline which means all modes and maps have been revealed.
The new mode is Crosshair, a second competitive mode in which a former criminal "turned state’s witness" is on the run.
His former buddies, who are criminals, are trying to kill him and the cops are trying to "get him out safely." One death and you are out for the match, per the blog post.
The developer post has also outlined all of the modes as well as the maps.
