Battlefield Hardline will be getting its own Community Test Environment soon.

Visceral has announced that it's launching the Battlefield Hardline Community Test Environment (CTE) next month.

The service will be similar to that of Battlefield 4's but will be completely separate. Visceral will deploy fixes and upcoming additions for the community to test first before later approving them for the rest of the player-base.

It will be only on PC, at least initially. The first thing to be tested will be a map from the game's first DLC drop, Criminal Activity. Other netcode and "bullet update improvements" will also be available.

Visceral promised to reveal more details soon.
