Here's an in-depth breakdown of Battlefield Hardline's beta video

Want an in-depth look at some of the Battlefield Hardline changes noted in the latest trailer for the game? Westie has you covered.

In the video below, our Battlefield expert notes the significant changes made to Battlefield's long-standing Reflex Sight. The reticle has been changed from a Red Dot to a Yellow Triangle, which Westie notes may not sound like a big deal, but since the former was the most used sight in previous Battlefield games, the change could have a big impact on players.

It's also noted that players equipping the riot shield will carry it on their backs when not in use. This will protect them from incoming fire.

Westie also discusses the four, selectable clothing packs and driveable speed boats in the video.

The open beta for Battlefield Hardline takes place next week on all announced platforms from February 3-8; will be pre-loadable from February 2, and is around 11GB in size.

The game will be released on March 17 in North America, March 19 in Europe and March 20 in the UK.
