Battlefield 4's Battlelog lets players use browsers as second screen

Battlefield 4's Battlelog service was debuted last night in a reveal trailer from DICE. The clip showed examples of how your mobile and tablet can be used to play Commander mode, tweak loadouts, queue servers and more. The studio has now confirmed you can use your browser as a second screen instead.

Over on Reddit, Battlelog producers “TheBikingViking” and “DarkLord7854″ confirmed that browsers can be used as a second screen on your laptop or if your PC has dual monitors to run Battlelog's suite of features while you play the game.

Here's the excerpt:

The "Battlescreen" view can be accessed on any device with a browser technically. It's not an app either, just a straight-up web-page. It doesn't sound like it's being optimised for mobile though.

There's also an invisible mode for those who want to stay incognito while they play.

What do you make of Battlelog so far? Let us know below.

Thanks MP1st.
