Battlefield 4 release date set as October 29 - rumour

Microsoft may have accidentally let slip a solid release date for Battlefield 4. According to NeoGAF and GamingEverything, a post on the Xbox forums originally gave an October 29 release date before being edited. We didn't sight the slip ourselves, unfortunately, and nobody has screen-grabbed it. Battlefield 4 is officially headed to PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in northern autumn. No word on a next-gen release.
