The PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight won't go back on sale until at least the end of October, Warner Bros. has announced.

"The teams are continuing to work on additional updates. We expect these updates to be ready at the end of October, at which time the PC version will be made available for purchase," the publisher said in a Steam Community post.

When this second major update goes live it will also include support for all DLC released on consoles so far.

Back when the port first went t*ts-up and was pulled from sale, retailers were reportedly told not to expect it back until Australian spring - September through November.

This was pretty disappointing for those who'd purchased the game in late June and found it unplayable, but Warner quickly followed up by saying it would have an interim patch ready in August. It later announced it would miss this target, but the patch dropped in early September, which isn't too bad.
