Batman: Arkham Knight requires a day one patch, and it's not a small one.
Batman: Arkham Knight's release date changes have not prevented it from requiring a day one patch, it seems. The patch is a little bit on the large side, clocking in at 3.5GB.

- Stability Fixes
- New feature: Rival Points
- New feature: Original Batsuit skin available to select
- Support for “A Matter Of Family” additional content
- General gameplay, graphical, audio, UI, and localization fixes
There's currently no news about a similar patch for Xbox One, though it's very likely one is coming.
Batman: Arkham Knight releases tomorrow, June 23 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
