Bastion confirmed for PC by end of the year, no PSN plans

Bastion creative director Greg Kasavin has confirmed the game will be released on PC before the end of the year, but there are currently no plans to release the action-RPG on PSN.

Speaking with Eurogamer, Kasavin said Supergiant is taking its time with the PC version "to make sure the default control scheme on PC feels really good."

"It will still support game pad controls but we want to make sure folks playing with a mouse and keyboard have a very good experience," he said.

Although there are no current plans for a PSN release, Kasavin didn't rule out a future possibility entirely.

"We have no plans slated for a PSN release," he said. "Being a small team we have decided to focus on developing the game serially, so we focus on one version at a time. So our focus at the moment is on the Xbox launch, then we have the PC launch.

"We'll see what happens after that but there are no confirmed PSN plans at this point."

Bastion releases tomorrow on XBL as part of its Summer of Arcade line-up.
