Bang With Friends: casual sex app being sued by Zynga over trademark infringement

Zynga is suing the makers of Bang With Friends over trademark infringement claims. The app lets people browse Facebook anonymously and match up with others for casual sex.
Bloomberg reports that Zynga's beef is with the 'With Friends' part of the title, which is bestowed on many of its family apps, such as Words With Friends.
Developer Bang With Friends Inc, first registered its domain name last year, according to Zynga's filed complaint. Zynga hopes to block the use of the name Bang With Friends in conjunction with apps and social networking sites in America and is said to be seeking damages.
