Ride is the first in-house IP from Moto GP developer Milestone Entertainment, and it has received a benediction from triple-A publishing.

Bandai Namco America has signed on the dotted line for Ride, the publisher announced in a press release today.

Ride was quietly announced a few months ago, and is the first IP created by Milestone. The racing specialist studio has previously worked only with licenses, notably Moto GP and WRC.

Ride is a "complete motorcycle racing simulator", as opposed to just motocross, and is on its way to PC, PlayStation 3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in northern spring 2015.

The sim boasts more than 100 bikes from popular manufacturers, and a "diverse selection of circuits that range from city, country, and historic tracks from the world of motorcycling". Choose from Superbikes, Supersports, Naked and Historical classes of bike, and enjoy "extensive" rider and vehicle cusotmisation.

Ride will be on show at the PlayStation Experience on Friday and Saturday.
