Atlus's Pandora Saga enters open beta

Atlus has an uncanny ability to churn out the kind of Japanese weirdness we love to find incomprehensible, or to spot a shady-looking import just dying to go phenomenal.

When these canny fellows think they've found a gap in the overcrowded MMORPG market, we want to know what they've got hold of, and thanks to Pandora Saga's open beta, we can.

Quite what differentiates Pandora Saga from other fantasy-themed Asian MMORPGs isn't immediately obvious, although official word is touting a multi-tier job class system and an emphasis on dual focus - RPG shenanigans at the micro, and large-scale battle at the macros.
