Atlus to fix Catherine's difficulty

Atlus is working on a patch for its nightmare puzzler Catherine, after reports that the game is too challenging.

According to Siliconera's translation of a post on the game's official blog, Atlus has received multiple complaints that the puzzle sections of the game are too hard, even on the lowest difficulty settings.

A patch is in the works to "balance" the difficulty, although Atlus originally intended Vincent's nightmare sequences to give players a strong sense of impending doom.
