Remember how I said before that the real game had started? That was a little bit of a fib, because it's really starting now that you're working with Bellec. The optional challenges get a bit trickier from here on in. The first, getting three kills from cover, isn't too hard, but if you struggle with traversal you may not be able to keep up with Bellec.

Kill the Guards and Sabotage the Bell
If you're after the challenges, do not just leap into the courtyard and take down the guards, because this is the perfect place to rack up those cover kills. Looking out across the arena when the mission starts, head counter-clockwise while staying low to the ground. There's a piece of cover here where you can lurk, taking the guards out one at a time as they approach you.

Once you've done that or alternately just murdered everyone in a brawl, approach the bell in the centre of the arena and interact to sabotage it and trigger a cutscene.

Loot the Evidence
See that guy Bellec just murdered? Go interact with him, you master assassin, you, and then be prepared for a chase.

Escape the Conciergerie
Run! Run a lot! Bellec is pretty light on his toes, so be quick about scampering after him, and be ready to drop to ground level and take leaps of faith when required. If you stick close enough during these objectives, you can earn the optional challenge

Go to Cafe Theatre
Run after Bellec again.

Go to the Assassin Headquarters
Continue running after Bellec. Arno doesn't take the lead much in this game, it seems.

Go to the Council Chamber
For a little bit of variety, you can now walk after Bellec. Eventually a cutscene will occur.
