Assassin's Creed: Revelations to sport more recruiting action

Ezio's Brotherhood of new assassins will play more of a role in Assassin's Creed: Revelations.

According to Gamespot, Revelations writer Darby McDevitt revealed an increased focus on the Brotherhood during a panel at Comic Con.

McDevitt apparently promised players will have more chances to do "specific things" with Ezio's recruits. Meeting and recruiting new assassins will also be more varied than in Brotherhood.

Interestingly, the writer also mentioned that the cinematic Revelations trailer is more tightly integrated with the game than previous efforts like Brotherhood's courtyard assassination trailer- perhaps even showing the beginning of the game's plot. McDevitt also reaffirmed that Ubisoft plans to move on to Assassin's Creed III after Revelations.

Assassin's Creed: Revelations will end the Assassin's Creed II trilogy, and is due on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in November.
