Assassin's Creed Origins Curse of the Pharaohs DLC gets detailed, slightly delayed
Ubisoft has revealed many of the gameplay additions coming to Assassin's Creed Origins with the Curse of the Pharaohs DLC.
To start with, the publisher confirmed that Assassin's Creed Origins - Curse of the Pharaohs will not be making it out on March 6 as previously announced. Instead, it will be released March 13.
Not a massive push, but a delay nonetheless. In the meantime, Ubisoft released a new video that shows some of the undead nightmares that'll spill over the game's world.
The expansion introduces big new locations like Thebes with the Karnak and Luxor temples, and the Valley of the Kings across the Nile. The story sees Bayek hunting down artefacts stolen by grave robbers from the tombs of ancient kings, which is believed to be responsible for unleashing the undead pharaohs running around killing people.
Among the legions of undead that pop up everywhere will be manifestations of dead kings, which Bayek will have to defeat twice. Once in this life, and another time in the afterlife.

Curse of the Pharaohs is out March 13 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. It's part of the season pass, but would otherwise run you $20.
