Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD confirmed for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360

Assassin's Creed: Liberations HD is making the leap from PS Vita to PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, courtesy of Ubisoft. The game was rumoured last week but is now very much official.

The game was discussed over on PS Blog EU, and as expected, it represents Aveline de Grandpré's PS Vita outing in full HD.

Sony confirmed it will have bonus missions, enhanced gameplay mechanics, improved visuals, re-worked facial animations and a re-mastered soundtrack.
