Apex Legends Voidwalker story short reveals Wraith's tragic past
Apex Legends' Stories from the Outlands has spawned a new episode.
In celebration of the Apex Legends Voidwalker limited-time event, Respawn has dropped a new trailer to set up the story which lead to the event.
The new short carries the same title, Voidwalker, and tells the origin story of Wraith, the main focus of the event. As many expected by this point, Wraith has a tragic past, though today's short has a bit of a interesting twist on fan theories.
The Voidwalker limited-time event kicks off today and goes on for two weeks. During the event, a section of the map will be taken over, uncovering a new area. Then there's the Armed and Dangerous mode, which limits weapon loot to snipers and shotguns.
Voidwalker also brings new cosmetics to the game.
