Niko Partners has released its Southeast Asian Game Market Regional Report for the second half of 2010, concluding that the online games market is likely to grow from $405.7 million to $833.7 million by 2014.

The Shanghai-based company also claims that the year 2014 will see 90 million gamers in the fledgling markets of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

The report is the result of market research in six countries over the last half of the year, and aims to guide online publishers and distribution portals into new markets beyond China, Korea and Japan.
