Akiba's Trip 2 PS4 features detailed, stream viewers appear in game

Akiba's Trip: Undead and Undressed is getting some pretty cool new features on PlayStation 4.

According to a Famitsu preview translated by Gematsu, the PS4 version of Akiba's Trip makes use of livestreaming.

Stream viewers will appear in game as NPCs, and can even interact with the player using chat commands. "Help" will call in an assist from the protagonist's sister, while "panty jump" will make it rain underwear. Of course.

That's not all the PS4 version has up its highly fashionable sleeves; players will be able to customise the look of the game's virtual recreation of Akihabara. A visual editor will make the whole environment black and green, or change individual elements like the sky.

Akiba's Trip 2 is called Akiba's Trip: Undead and Undressed in the west, where it's coming to PS3 and Vita. The newly-announced PS4 version has not been confirmed for the west, but hits Japan in July.
