Aion helps NCsoft achieve $61.6 million profit for Q3

NCsoft has released its financial report for Q3 ending on December 31 and it proves that business is good for the MMO publisher.
For the quarter, 71.22 billion won ($61.6 million) in net profit was reported, which is 11 times the profit reported for the same period in 2008, which came in at 6.424 billion won ($5.6 million) (via BigDownload).
Revenue was 197 billion won ($170.4 million) for the quarter, compared to 99.219 billion won ($85.8 million) for the the same quarter a years ago.
NCsoft said the increase was due in part to Aion along with a renewed interest in Lineage and Lineage II.
Billions, folks. Would be nice to take a swim in that many bills.
