It sounds like Hazelight Studios is about to reveal their next game later this week. EA Play takes place in just a few days time, and the next game from the devs behind A Way Out will be there.

You can see the announcement from Hazelight Studios director Josef Fares just below. EA Play takes place later this week June 18, and Hazelight Studios will teasing their next game in in a relatively small capacity.

Hazelight was founded back in 2014 in Sweden, and would go on to release A Way Out four years later in 2018. The big selling point of the game was that it was entirely co-op based in a big way: two players could play the game on the same screen at the same time, and they would be entirely independent from one another.

For example, one player could be in cutscene, while another player could be out exploring the prison freely. Caty enjoyed A Way Out in 2018, writing in her review that even "with a cliched story at its center, A Way Out's persistent co-op elevates it to new heights for the newly married co-op adventure game."
