5v5 spaceship shooter Dreadnought closed beta to start this week

Dreadnought, the 5v5 spaceship tactical shooter from Spec Ops: The Line developer Yager, enters closed beta starting tomorrow, April 29.

You can guarantee access to the closed beta by buying either of two founder's packs. The Hunter pack, priced $9.99/ £6.99 / €9.99, gets you 500 in-game points for use on cosmetics, an XP boost for seven days, exclusive ship decal, emblem and coating.

You also get access to the medium Dreadnought hero ship the Morningstar, as well as two Fleet Recruitment Packs, which let you give beta access to two friends.

The more expensive option is the Mercenary Pack, which will run you $39.99/ £27.99 / €39.99. This pack comes with five hero ships, including the Morningstar, 3,000 in-game points, exclusive decals, and a 30-day XP boost. You also get four Fleet Recruitment Packs to give out to friends.

If you prefer not to pay for it, you can still register sign up for the closed beta, though you are not guaranteed entry.
