Cyberpunk 2077 looks to have returned to the PlayStation Store

Cyberpunk 2077 has reappeared on the PlayStation Store.

Cyberpunk 2077 may soon be available for purchase once again on the PlayStation Store for PS4 and PS5 players. The game now has an entry that appears on the PlayStation Store when you look it up, though it is not yet available for purchase.

As spotted by IGN, Cyberpunk 2077 has the Just Announced tag, and shows up when you type "Cyberpunk" into the store's search bar. You're able to wishlist and follow it, but not buy it.

On December 18, shortly after its release, Sony pulled Cyberpunk 2077 off the PS Store, after the game's buggy, unstable state became clear. Since then, the game did not appear in store search, and did not exist anywhere else on the store.

This could be a sign that Cyberpunk 2077 is on its way back to the PlayStation Store properly, though neither CD Projekt nor Sony have made any announcements regarding the matter.

Following the game's troubled launch, CD Projekt Red continued to work on major patches across all platforms, several of which are already out. While the developer always maintained that the decision to bring Cyberpunk 2077 back to the PlayStation Store is ultimately Sony's, it was hopeful that that day gets closer with every patch.
