One of the biggest games of the new year, Elden Ring is out now for PlayStation 5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC. Its release date was 25th February 2022.

If you're as excited as we are to check the end results of From Software and George R.R Martin's collaboration, you can buy the game in the UK and the US from the links below.

Elden Ring versions and pre-order bonuses

Fans were starting to get a little worried about The Elden Ring. There's been a lack of news since its initial reveal at 2019's E3, but those worries can finally be laid rest now a release date for the open-world action RPG has been confirmed.

It's shaped up to be one of the most anticipated releases of 2022. A lot of FromSoftware's earlier titles such as Dark Souls and Demon's Souls have released with deluxe digital editions. Dark Souls has had its fair share of collector's editions over the years too, the most impressive of which belongs to the Dark Souls trilogy.

Elden Ring has been given the same treatment. standard, launch, deluxe and collector's editions of Elden Ring are available to buy although some collector's editions are now out of stock.

As pre-order bonuses, all editions include a digital Adventure's Guide and 'The Ring' gesture.

If you purchase The Elden Ring on the Xbox One or PS4 you'll get a next-gen upgrade included for free. Note if you buy the game on disc and later upgrade to a digital-only PS5 or Xbox Series S, you won't be able to upgrade to the digital version.

    Elden Ring release date and preload times in the US, UK, Europe and rest of the world

    Elden Ring officially released on Friday, 25th February, 2022 and publisher Bandai Namco released a handy infographic that included the full breakdown of Elden Ring unlock times and preload times. If you pre-ordered a digital download on PC or PlayStation, you were able to pre-load the game 48 hours prior to the unlock times. If you pre-ordered a digital download on Xbox Series X/S or Xbox One, the game was available to pre-load the week of launch.

    In the US, PC gamers could start playing Elden Ring from 24th February 2022 at 3PM PT, 5PM CT and 6PM ET. For those on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, or PS4, you'll be able to start playing the FromSoftware game from 24th February at 9PM PT, 11PM CT and on 25th February at Midnight ET.

    In the UK, PC gamers were able to fire up Elden Ring a little earlier on 24th February at 11pm, while those on console can start playing on February 25th at Midnight.
